Yoga with Diamond Deneige

Diamond Deneige is an intuitive yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training, including certifications in Prenatal, Yin, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Meditation. Her alignment-based Hatha-Vinyasa classes emphasize accessibility, presence, and connection to the inner self.

Her yoga journey began as a path back to her body and spirit — a return to the wisdom within. She completed her first training with Myra Lewin of Hale Pule on Kaua’i in 2019, grounded in Raja Yoga and Ayurveda, and later deepened her studies in Bali with Crystal Borreli, where she explored yogic mythology and storytelling.

Diamond’s classes blend movement, breath, and myth into a soulful experience, guiding students not just through poses but toward deeper self-awareness and truth.

Painting with Caroline Liggett

Caroline is a visual artist based in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver, where she creates from her home studio alongside her two devoted dogs and painting companions, Buster and Baillie — her lighthearted muses.

With a professional background as an education assistant, Caroline brings a compassionate and inclusive approach to teaching art. She works part-time guiding both adults and youth — especially individuals with neuro-diverse learning abilities — to explore creativity and self-expression through painting.

Caroline also offers customized paint parties for individuals, private groups, and corporate clients. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a team-building event, or simply seeking a creative outlet, her sessions are engaging, inspiring, and accessible to all skill levels.

In addition to her teaching and event work, Caroline has collaborated on workshops with fellow artists, healers, and lightworkers, creating meaningful experiences that blend art with personal growth and community connection.

Caroline’s artistic style ranges from whimsical landscapes and expressive animal portraits to bold, large-scale, textured abstracts. Never confined by a single genre, she embraces creative freedom, intuition, and play, always guided by heart and spirit.

As part of her ongoing commitment to sharing art as a healing and joyful practice, Caroline’s sister Yvonne will be joining her to lead a painting session for retreat guests — a special opportunity to connect through creativity in a nurturing and beautiful natrual setting
